Prayer Circle
The more members, the more powerful this will be! At the present time we have 20 people who devote part of their
own personal prayer time each week to remember those on the Church’s prayer list. If you would like to be

Observer Subscriptions
The United Church Observer is the official publication of the United Church
of Canada. This monthly magazine inspires discussion, stimulates thought and can help
new members understand what the church is all about. Anyone at Rockwood who would like to try
a complimentary subscription please contact

Faith Formation Online (from Hampack)

Do you have a daily commute? You can download a free daily meditation

Do you want to read some Christian Classics? Then log on to www.ccel.org
and be connected with the Christian Classic Ethereal Library.
Fellowship and Hospitality
You are welcome to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea before and during the service.
Coffee/tea urns are located to the right of the entrance to church on the window ledge.
Linger after the service in Day Hall for a time of fellowship and refreshments.

Rockwood Choir is Open to New Members
Rockwood Choir is looking for new choir members. If there are any males
that would like to share their music talents with us, please speak to
Barb Eley. The choir meets Thursdays at 7pm.

Help celebrate a loved one’s birthday and support the RUC Junior Library, by joining

Photocopying Policy
The church office for Rockwood+Stone Pastoral Charge is open for photocopying on Sunday
mornings from 10:30 am until after coffee hour following the service. It will also be
possible to photocopy Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9 am until noon. The office will
be locked at other times during the week. Your cooperation is appreciated.
